Study on L-glutathione in hypoxia
We explored how intermittent hypoxia, linked to sleep apnea, affects lung health by increasing oxidative stress and inflammation. In a study involving 32 mice, we compared various treatments, including L-glutathione and infliximab, against a control group.

Our findings revealed that while intermittent hypoxia elevated harmful markers in the lungs, both L-glutathione and infliximab showed potential in minimizing these adverse effects. Whitening works! After a few days, I've noticed my skin is brighter, my complexion rosy, and my sleep has improved. I take glutathione before bed and a NAC (which helps synthesize glutathione) on an empty stomach in the morning. I will keep repurchasing these two!

I drank one bottle for its whitening effects, but I didn't notice any impact. I have a sleep disorder; however, if I take it with melatonin before bed, I can sleep better than before.

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant. After a week, I noticed deeper sleep, slight improvements in my skin and hair, and increased bathroom visits. Drinking more water while taking it is crucial. For better absorption, it helps to combine it with vitamin C, although it can be quite pricey. N-acetyl cysteine is a cheaper alternative to boost glutathione levels in the body.

While I did not notice a whitening effect, my sleep has improved greatly. After taking it for a week, I experienced fewer interruptions in my light sleep and can now sleep solidly for at least eight hours without waking.

Detoxifies sleep improvement

This is a good glutathione product. However, be cautious, as excessive intake can reduce your body's endogenous production. It assists me in sleeping on nights when exposed to mould, and I can feel the detoxifying effects throughout my body. I take two capsules, which seems more effective than one. Great packaging and a quality brand. The size of the pills is manageable.
